Collin Plummer began his journey in healthcare over a decade ago with a simple but powerful motivation: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. He started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), working in long-term care facilities where he gained hands-on experience and developed a deep respect for the dignity and resilience of the individuals he served.

Seeing a growing need for personalized, in-home care, Collin took the next step and became a Florida Registered Homemaker and Companion Services Provider. Through this role, he provided non-medical support to seniors and individuals with disabilities—helping with daily routines, offering companionship, and ensuring clients could maintain their independence at home.

Driven by a passion to expand his impact, Collin became an APD Medicaid Waiver Service Provider, serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities. He founded CAP REVIVAL CARE with a vision: to create a compassionate, client-centered organization that empowers individuals to thrive in their communities. Under his leadership, CAP Revival Care now offers a wide range of supports in Hillsborough and Manatee counties, including personal supports, life skills training, and supported living services.

Today, Collin is continuing his professional growth as a nursing student, combining academic knowledge with over 10 years of field experience. His long-term goal is to expand CAP Revival Care’s reach and advocate for more inclusive, accessible, and dignified care for every individual he serves.
